  • Budget Status: Additional work billed for custom countertops and extensive hidden plumbing repairs
  • Timeline: Completed a week ahead of schedule including additional work for homeowner and unexpected plumbing rework (in kitchen and basement)
  • Surprise Factor: Several unexpected delays for replacement of valve stops and plumbing connections that were leaking in other rooms of the home.
